The Hotel was excellent. Room and bathroom were lovely, breakfast was good, terrace was a bonus. Everywhere was amazingly clean. The staff were brilliant. There was only one down side - we did not expect to have to carry our suitcases up two floors of stairs (the hotel is on the second floor and there is no lift). We had received no indication of this prior to arriving, which was at the end of a long day. We are 79 and 75 years of age. Knowing this in advance would not have put us off staying in the hotel, but we think it is an important piece of infornation which should be publicised on the website, to allow, perhaps, for the help of the taxi driver to be sought if necessary!

It is a very beautiful hotel, with a nice terrace and a beautiful view The staff was very nice and very helpful with sightseeing, transport and food Even tho the hotel is in a very big city, the hotel is very private, secure and quiet They also have a very secure parking

Nice and clean room, comfortable bed. Very good service and helpful. Bonus for complementary café products 24/7, and nice little terrace with view, to enjoy coffee in the morning.. Short walking distance to buses, and trains, and if you are good for a 30 min walk, it's also easy to reach the old town center by foot.There is a lot of restaurants and small shops in the neighbourhood of the hotel. All in all, a little gem in Florence; quiet, nice and cosy.

Great location in a quiet neighborhood. Our room was comfortable, cozy, and very clean. The breakfast was wonderful with hot bread, croissants, cheeses, and olives along with cappuccinos. Some tips: There is a back terrace for smokers so if you are bothered by smoke, ask for a room further towards the entrance. Also, climbing the stairs with luggage might not work for some folks. And taking the local bus is easy but plan accordingly because most of the city center is not accessible by vehicles so the bus will still be a walk.

Location was good..much closer in than I thought when looked at the map, easy to get around. Very small and intimate hotel. Almost like staying at Air B & B since staff is only their for a few hours and I think it only has 8 rooms so you are on your own. It was quiet and our favorite hotel for our visit to Italy.

Ok this is the COZIEST HOTEL EVER! i really loved it! It is small, and amenities are great. The lady at the front office was super kind, and she made the best morning coffee. You can take snacks at every moment and this makes it nice if you go back to the hotel late at night. SUPER clean., bed was SUPER comfortable. The hairdryer from the bathroom should be changed though!

Great Hotel! Great staff! This a really wonderful hotel and very cozy place! The room was sparkingly clean! The staff is so polite, kind and helpful. Not in the city center but at a very suitable position if you want to watch a football game at Artemio Franchi stadium or a concert at Nelson Mandela Forum. I tottally reccomend it! On the other hand, you can reach the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore in 20 minutes for a lovely walk. Wonderful hotel!

It’s a beautiful property within a 25 min walking distance of the main square and that’s quite convenient. Also the room was spotless with the staff cleaning it on both the days of our stay. Also, the pistachio croissant at the breakfast was delicious!

Breakfast was nice fresh coffee and cappuccino everyday! Snacks available thru out the day. The bathroom very nice and roomy! The patio terrace was lovely overlooking the city. Great place to relax and have breakfast.
